How one piece of data travels: where does the customer's phone number show up? For a data protection question, you need to know this item by item. We ask as an analyst.

The chat works from the whole map, all 218 files, and the answer comes together in a few seconds. Not a long text but a table: two endpoints write it, and starting a payment passes it on to the payment provider. The last row is the surprise: we also send it to the identity system, but it is not overwritten there.

We can check this in the interface too. We close the chat and open the module's interfaces. Among the outgoing calls is the identity system update.

The result says it plainly: only the last name and the first name are passed on. The chat showed where to look, and the interface confirms it.
