The business uses one word, the code another, the database a third, and all three mean the same thing. This video shows how that becomes a single, clickable translation. Next to every business term, the glossary shows how many objects belong to it.

This one has nine. One click, and all nine appear: table and field names as they appear in the code and the database. And it works in reverse too.

A table's page shows which terms it relates to, with a readable description of what it is for. So the question is not who knows what this field means, but where it is written down.
